Terms of service
By creating an account or using Screenshare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service
Screenshare provides tools for Minecraft server staff to generate session codes and review scan reports produced by an end-user tool. Features depend on your subscription status.
2. Account & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to bypass security, no harassment, and no use that violates third-party rights. Scanning another person’s machine requires their informed consent when you provide them a code.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed through Whop. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Whop’s terms and the product page at the time of purchase. Promotional codes (e.g. LAUNCH) apply only when accepted by Whop at checkout.
5. Scan reports
Reports are provided “as is” for staff review. Automated detections can produce false positives or miss issues; they are not legal proof of wrongdoing. You use reports at your own discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The Screenshare name, branding, website, and software are protected. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service according to these terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screenshare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
11. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s jurisdiction. Courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue as permitted by law.
